Why can I not access my account?

Try resetting your password. Click on “My Account” at the top right of the website, then “Forgot your password?” If that doesn’t work, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.

Where do I find my license code?

On the top right, click on My Downloads. Find your order on the list and select View. Your license key can be found right below the product titles.

Not all products require a license code. Download the installer and install the application. If the application asks for a license code and you didn’t get it, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I get my products?

Upon the immediate completion of your order, we email and post to your account the download link as well as any serial numbers associated with your order. Your product will download from one of several data centers, powered by Amazon S3 Servers.

How do I get support for my product?
